Burgundy 除了使用 Chardonnay 釀造白酒之外，還有被俗稱「窮人版」Chardonnay 的 Aligoté。近幾年以來也越來越多酒莊推廣之，就跟著這篇筆記來了解 Aligoté 與其他也被使用釀白酒的葡萄品種。

🍇 Aligoté
早在十八世紀的勃根地文獻中就出現 Aligoté，曾經擁有廣大的種植面積。以 Dijon 市長 Canon Félix Kir 命名的 Kir 雞尾酒，就是 Kir 發明將使用 Aligoté 釀造的酸白酒搭配 Crème de Cassis 所調配出來。但在進入十九世紀末與二十世紀初期時逐漸退潮，直到最近勃根地又復興此品種的釀照。
Aligoté 目前產區主要集中在 Aligoté 大區 (Generic Bourgogne Aligoteé) 以及新成立的法定產區 Bouzeron，但 Domaine PonSot 酒莊在 Morey-St-Denis 一級園地塊 Les Monts Luisants 也有使用老種 Aligoté 來釀造酒款。
Aligoté 有三種常見的品種，Domaine de Villaine 酒莊的主理人 Pierre de Benoist 堅持使用最古老的品種 Aligoté Doré，因為其果實成熟度比較突出。Aligoté 的成熟期遠遠早於 Chardonnay，雖然可以早飲但具有不錯的陳年實力。Jasper Morris 認為 Pernand-Vergelesses 周遭的 Aligoté，陳年後可以媲美 Corton-Charlemagne。

🥂Pinot Blanc
隸屬於 Pinot 家族的白葡萄品種，Domain Gouges 酒莊在 Nuits-St-Georges 的白酒起源至此葡萄品種。
🥂Pinot Gris
十六世紀人們喜歡將 Pinot Gris 與 Pinot Noir 混釀打造出輕盈、草莓色的酒款。根據 1831 年 Dr. Morelot 的文獻，Chamoblle-Musigny 令人著迷的細緻感乃是使用 10%~12% 的 Pinot Gris 混釀。如今，還是有些釀酒師會在 Pinot Noir 園中種植 1~2% 的 Pinot Gris 來增加香氣的複雜度。
🥂Sauvignon Blanc

🥂Melon de Bourgogne
此品種為白葡萄版的 "Gamy" 在以抗寒著名，目前有少數釀酒師在使用此品種，主要集中在 Vézelay。
🥂Sacy
理論上目前主要種植在 Auxerroris，常作為釀造氣泡酒的基酒。Dmaines Edmond Chalmeau 與 Gueugen 都有使用在 1960 年種植的 Sacy 釀造 Coteaux Bourguignons Sacy cuvée。
上述 Aligoté、Melon 與 Sacy 的屬於 Pinot Noir 與 Gouais 的後代。
