◎作者簡介

1.凱蒂‧黛恩絲（Katie Daynes）
是童書編輯、作家以及兒童節目配音員。 參與英國出版社Usborne許多圖書的創作，例如See Inside系列和Usborne Young Reading系列作品。

Katie has been writing non-fiction children's books for almost half her life and loves questioning the world from a child's point of view. She's developed some of Usborne's bestselling series, including the See Inside books and Lift-the-flap Questions and Answers. When she's not writing, she likes drinking coffee, walking on the moors and playing competitive board games with her children.

2.Lara Bryan
對書籍的熱愛來自幼時與父母的睡前共讀時光。曾於牛津大學研讀英語及義大利語，也曾在義大利及緬甸從事教學工作，現為Usborne出版社的專職作者。寫書是她熱愛的工作，也讓她時時刻刻享受在其中。
Lara has loved books since the days of being read bedtime stories by her Irish dad and French mum. At school she set up a secondhand bookshop called Books Change Lives, and went on to study English and Italian at Oxford University. After teaching in Italy and Myanmar, she got her dream job as a writer for Usborne Publishing. From explaining how economics works, to inventing boredom-busting activities, to telling a good dragon yarn, she's enjoyed every minute of the job.

3.Ashe de Sousa
Ashe wasn't born; she grew on a bush. She lived in Paris and Lyon for a bit, before coming back to London to finish her studies at King's College - writing about music, film and politics in the meantime.

She's happiest in icy waters, on her bicycle and sleeping outside. She moonlights as a climber.At Usborne, Ashe writes books about the human body and stories of the Moon.

4.Jordan Akpojaro
After he completed childhood, Jordan spent time at Glasgow University studying philosophy, getting rained on and dreaming about eating freshly picked fruit. He has worked on books about philosophy, coding, maps and art.

1.Oksana Drachkovska
Oksana was born and grew up in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lviv and made the city her home for over a decade, until Russia's invasion forced her to flee. She then started selling prints of her work to raise funds for those left in Ukraine. "I realised that everything can be a weapon against evil, even art."
Oksana finds her inspiration in trees, the ocean, birds, clouds and people. "Every person I meet gives me a better understanding of myself. I like to play with metaphors. I'm one of those people who find it easier to think on paper."

4.Shelly Laslo

I'm Shelly!
I’m an illustrator working in children’s publishing.

My work combines both traditional media and digital techniques and always aspires to be rich, quirky and layered.

My illustrations focus on characters first and foremost- I create each piece with an underlying goal of capturing a particular mood or feeling.

If that, in turn, evokes a mood or feeling in the viewer than I am at my happiest.

I’m based in ever-sunny Israel, where I live with my husband and three young children. It’s usually pretty loud and messy around here!

When I’m not illustrating you can find me reading, creating digital brushes, or eating cookies.

You will almost never find me cooking, I’m still working on that.

5.Elisa Paganelli

I was born in Modena (Italy) in 1985.
After completing artistic studies (Istituto d'Arte A. Venturi, and IED in Turin) I made a career in advertising and have been the founder of a small award-winning design/trade business.

I am currently based in the UK where I work as a freelance Illustrator and Creative Designer, accompanied by my beloved pets.

I feel truly at home when I'm in nature, and it greatly influences my artistic vision. With my keen interest in psychology and holistic approaches, I'm dedicated to continuously expanding my intuition and artistic skills. In my spare time, I volunteer to help animals in need.

6.Ashley Evans

Ashley is an artist based in Charlotte, NC. Originally from Queens, NY she’s been drawing ever since she could hold a crayon. Now as your friendly neighborhood illustrator Ashley is represented by James Burns over at The Bright Agency! She has worked with clients like Harper-Collins, Penguin Random House, Sourcebooks and Simon & Schuster on some pretty amazing projects.

When Ashley isn’t at her desk, you can find her spending time with her family, re-watching the Lord of the Rings or with her nose stuck in a book.
