6: INTERPERSONAL:

-Network is everything.

-Work with friends, family and youngsters.

-Staff: either saves you time or makes you money.

-Give loyal people a job. Value Loyalty highly.

-Secure mutual need between business partners.

-Don't make anyone irreplaceable.

-Money does not motivate.

-Exploit the strengths and weaknesses.

-Build a small elite team.

7: Control and protect your reputation.

8: Be stress tolerant, don't be giddy over money.

9: Let people talk, always actively listen, and make them feel important.

10: You shouldn't have to be passionate about your business itself.

11: Diversification = more antifragile

12: Things will go wrong; nothing fixes itself.

13: Crisis = Opportunity; take care of yourself first.

14: Do not compete on price.

15: Everything is tied with work as a hustler. Develop a business mind.

16: View it from your customers' eyes, not from your knowledgeable eyes. (Ask your mother about it.)
