- 骨頭 Bones
近節指骨 Proximal phalanx 末節指骨 Distal phalanx 承載拇指末端的屈曲力量。 Supports flexion at the tip of the thumb. - 韌帶 Ligaments
側副韌帶 Collateral ligaments(左右穩定) 掌板 Volar plate(防止過伸) 保護關節不往後折。 Prevents hyperextension. - 肌腱 Tendons
伸肌腱 Extensor tendon(伸直) 屈肌腱 Flexor pollicis longus tendon(彎曲) 控制拇指末端的精細動作。 Controls fine movements at the thumb tip.
