今天我們要聊的,是很多人喝過,但不一定真正了解的——香片茶。
Today we’re talking about something many people have tasted, but may not fully understand — Xiang Pian Tea (Jasmine Tea).
你知道嗎?
香片茶其實是以綠茶為茶胚,再用茉莉花反覆窨製(讓茶葉吸收花香)製作而成。
Did you know?
Xiang Pian Tea is made using green tea as the base, repeatedly scented with fresh jasmine blossoms so the tea leaves absorb the floral aroma.
所以它不是單純把花丟進茶裡,而是一種工藝製作的花茶。
So it’s not simply mixing flowers into tea — it’s a carefully crafted scented tea.

🌿 香片茶怎麼泡?
🌿 How to Brew Jasmine Tea?
水溫 Temperature
👉 約 80°C~85°C
👉 Around 80°C–85°C
不要用滾水,否則容易變苦。
Avoid boiling water, as it may make the tea taste bitter.
茶葉量 Tea Amount
👉 約 3~5 克(約一平湯匙)
👉 About 3–5 grams (roughly one flat tablespoon)
浸泡時間 Steeping Time
👉 第一泡 1~2 分鐘
👉 First infusion: 1–2 minutes
👉 第二泡 2~3 分鐘
👉 Second infusion: 2–3 minutes
不要泡太久,避免澀味。
Do not over-steep to prevent astringency.
香片茶通常可以回沖 2~3 次。
Jasmine tea can usually be re-steeped 2–3 times.
