你是一個經歷了很多世輪迴且有著很多體驗的老靈魂。
在每一世,你學習到更多,且你總是盡力給出你的最好。環顧四周是一件很容易的事,很容易跟他人做比較後覺得自己不夠好,沒有成為自己想要成為的人。
你的一生並不是一場競技或賽跑,是一場私人的靈魂旅程,照著你自己的節奏與方式進行,所以,請對自己溫柔一點。透過神性的眼光看待自己,那完美、富足、有價值的存在,知曉被無條件的愛所愛著,無論你曾說過做過什麼。透過寬恕將自己從羞恥、罪惡感與不值得的感覺中釋放,原諒自己離開那座監獄。
有意識地支配腦海裡批判的聲音,用愛的想法幫助判斷,這種慈悲會將你提升到更高的層次,更明亮的情感更輕快更廣闊的接收能力,對你生命中的其他人來說也是如此。
釋放你攜帶的所有怨恨,明白指責只會毒害自己,知道每個人都是盡力而為的在生活,看見每個人的發光之處。想像神性的慈悲像海浪一樣打在你心上,透過這份愛去看待所有人事物美好的地方。
You are an old soul who has journeyed through many lifetimes and had many experiences. You learn more each time you incarnate, and in each life, you always do your best. It is easy to look around, compare yourself with others and feel that you are not good enough or not as far ahead as you could be.
Your life is not a race or a competition. It is a personal soul journey for you to take at your own pace and in your own way. So please, be gentle with yourself. See yourself through the eyes of the Divine, as a perfect, worthy being, and know that you are loved unconditionally, no matter what you have ever said or done. Set yourself free from the prison of guilt, shame and unworthiness you have locked yourself into by forgiving yourself.
Be conscious of the critical voice in your head and replace its judgements with thoughts of love. This compassion will lift you into higher energies, lighter emotions and a greater capacity to receive. The same is true for others in your life.
Be willing to release all of the resentment you carry and know that you only poison yourself by holding onto blame. Look for the light in everyone and know they are doing their best too. Let waves of divine compassion flow out from your heart to this place of love and when you see the good in everyone and everything.

Compassion is fueled by understanding and accepting that we're all made of strength and struggle - no one is immune to pain or suffering.

如果把這一串英文丟進翻譯裡大概會跑出同情同情同情,但說“我同情你“的感覺當下,是哪一種同情?
中英文的世界裡,努力的解釋著那種對痛苦的美,孟子說的「惻隱之心,人皆有之;羞惡之心,人皆有之....惻隱之心,仁也;羞惡之心,義也」和西方世界也下相同結論。也恰恰巧的是我最愛探索的情感,我總覺得,我總是努力的想看到每件事美麗的地方,相信在所有事情下有一個淒美的驅動力,也不知曾幾何時,整個人開始圓融了許多,生命中遇到許多挑戰,面對新環境新身份甚至是新語言,總覺得在翻譯的過程中重新認識了自己,最近覺得英文能力變差了,想利用翻譯卡牌來練習且和一些生活中的筆記做分享,讓天使帶領我成長,並且作為冥想的主題。
