"She"收錄於Laura Mvula的第一張專輯Sing to the Moon，整首歌由顫音琴簡單空靈的主旋律搭配Laura Mvula獨特的嗓音開始，隨著淡入的節奏與伴唱越發強烈，副歌"She don't stop, she don't stop, she don't stop."迴盪在MV中每個人生的重要起伏，最後歸於寧靜，完成一次循環。適合閉上眼睛跟著節奏一起唱。
MV中的小女孩不斷穿越各個場景，經歷一件件人生的里程碑，關於親人離世、成長、戀愛、生育等等。透過MV首尾呼應的表現方式，闡述一段生命的循環，並藉由鏡頭旁觀的視角，讓觀者跟著主角穿梭其中，一同感受。

寫下"She"這首歌的基石，來自Laura Mvula人生中絕望與失落的各種想法、情緒與感受。創作這首歌是一個過程，去喚起並縫合這些絕望與失落的種種，然後發覺人類美麗的地方——只要有一點點的希望，哪怕像種子一樣小，就足以支持一個人走得更遠一些。
在過去的訪談中，Laura Mvula談及不希望自己的音樂被貼上乖乖牌的靈魂樂標籤，為了掙脫被媒體輕易且強制冠上的刻板印象，她從2013 Sing to the Moon 開始，做了許多大膽的嘗試，然而並非一帆風順，甚至因為作品銷量不佳，遭到Sony放冷拋棄(與Sony子公司RCA解除合約關係)。儘管如此，她於2021年，在新公司Atlantic下發布了最新的專輯，證明自己在創作路上仍未放棄。
此外，Laura Mvula長期受到焦慮症和經常性的恐慌突襲所困擾，於是與BBC一同合作，拍攝了《世代焦慮》的短片，探討現今社會35歲以下，尤其女性族群身為焦慮症高風險族群的原因，並藉由Laura Mvula的個人經驗，分享如何與其調適並共存。「試著對自己寬容一些，然後讚嘆自己日常裡那些微小的成就。」持續練習，那便是一種力量，溫柔而堅定。
