You can soar to great heights with a heart filled with praise and thanksgiving. But like the tiny lark, you have to take off from the ground, you have to make that special effort. It need not be a strain; it can be a joyous, light-hearted effort. Why remain anchored, when action on your part can change your life completely? Set your sights high, the higher the better. Expect the most wonderful happenings, not in the future but right now. Stride forward with a firm, steady step, knowing with a deep, certain inner knowing that you will reach every goal you set yourself. Why not take some positive action today? Why not start the wheels turning? Once you have done your part, you will receive all the help you require, but not until then. Have confidence in your ability to do all things because you are drawing your substance from Me. You can do all things when your faith and trust are in Me.

　　帶著一顆充滿肯定與感恩的心，我能上升到很高的高度。但就像那小百靈鳥一樣，我需要從地面起飛，我需要去做出那特別的努力。它不需要是一個壓力；它可以是一種愉快的、輕鬆的努力。當我的部分的行動能夠完全改變我的生活時，為什麼保持固定不動呢？將我的視線放高，越高越好。期待最美好的發生，不是在將來，而是就現在。邁著堅定、沈著的步伐向前，帶著深厚與肯定的內在認知，知道我會達到每一個我自己所設定的目標。

　　為什麼不今天就採取一些正向的行動呢？為什麼不現在就讓它運轉起來呢？一旦我完成了我的部分，我就會得到所有我需要的幫助，但直到那時（才會得到）。對我去做所有事情的能力要有信心，因為我是從上天這裡汲取資源。我能做到一切，當我的信念與信任在上天之中。
