“戰略強國”
賴斯先生表示，對建設管道和出口設施的政治反對——部分原因是環境問題——主要是阻止他的行業幫助歐洲結束對俄羅斯天然氣的依賴。
賴斯先生呼籲拜登政府簡化獲得管道項目批准的程序。
他正在尋找“本屆政府承認美國石油和天然氣行業是戰略強國的信號”。
