曾經有個學生問我：
要怎麼用英文描述自己每天的工作量，因為面試的時候需要回答這個問題
另外我也需要問面試官新職缺的工作量，要怎麼問比較好？
我分享如下喔：
① 描述平時工作項目
a. 先概略講工作項目
🎈 I handle all the logistics in my company, including finances, HR, and accounting tasks.
我要處理公司裡所有跟後勤有關的東西，包含財務、人資、還有會計項目
b. 接著舉實際工作項目
🎈 I do things like managing money, taking care of our team, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
我做的事像是管理公司金流，照顧團隊成員，並確保所有後勤流程跑的順暢
② 描述工作量比較大的狀況
不同的職務工作量比較大的時間點會不一樣底下舉幾個不同職務如何描述工作量較大的狀況，
可以順便學相關句型跟單字~
a. 「工程師/PM」在「產品上線前」工作量比較大，可以說：
🎈 "We are usually busy before" a product launch.
「我們通常在」產品發布「前很忙碌」
🎈 "We often" work overtime "to ensure" everything is functioning perfectly.
「我們經常要」加班「來確保」所有東西都運作完美
b. 「行銷相關工作」是「大型節日前」 比較忙，就可以說：
🎈 Our peak season is before major holidays.
我們的工作旺季是在大型節日之前
🎈 During this time, we prepare promotional campaigns, create marketing content, and coordinate marketing channels.
這段期間內，我們要準備宣傳活動，產生行銷素材，還有整合不同行銷渠道
c. 對「會計」來說，「年底」可能是最忙的時候
🎈 Our busiest time is usually year-end.
我們最忙的時候通常是年底
🎈 This period involves managing a large volume of financial transactions, supporting auditors, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
這段期間的工作包含了處理大量的財務交易，協助審計員，並確保有遵守財務法規。
③ 詢問面試官新職位工作量的方法
想轉換跑道的時候都會關心新工作的工作量大概有多少，
分享幾種可以尋問面試單位工作量的方法：
a. 詢問工作內容
👉 What are the key projects/priorities in this job?
這個工作主要的專案/最重要任務是甚麼？
👉 Can I have an idea of the day-to-day tasks?
我可以對每天的工作任務有個概念嗎？
b. 詢問新工作甚麼時候比較忙
👉 How busy does the role usually get?
這個職位會到多忙？
👉 Are there any busy periods for this role?
這個職缺有沒有特別忙的時期？
c. 詢問工作步調
👉 Is this job more fast-paced?
這個工作步調是比較快的嗎？
👉 What's the overall tempo like in this department?
這個部門整體的工作步調大概是怎樣呢？
