Growing up in a bushy house in Sydney, Beau Wylie began drawing ridiculous creatures and colourful worlds from the moment he could grasp a pencil. After graduating from the University of NSW with honours in Fine Art, Beau installed shows in art galleries, serviced boats on Sydney Harbour, and ‘worked’ in a delightful Surry Hills bookshop where he plotted a fanciful future as a children’s book author while foraging through the kids section. He now lives and works as an artist in Newcastle with his wonderful partner Bianca and preposterously cute Jack Russell Rowan.

I am an illustrator, mainly of picture books based in Longnor, Staffordshire.I graduated in 2006 from the North East Wales School of Art and Design after studying Illustration for Childrens Publishing and have been penciling and painting professionally ever since.

My first author/ illustrator title, 'Little Mouses Big Breakfast' was published in 2016 by Nosy Crow. I use watercolour, gouache, pencils and potatoes to create my illustrations.

D01.丹尼爾．塞爾米埃瑞(Daniel Salmieri)

Dan studied illustration during his time at university and it was there that his interest in children’s illustration flourished. He has worked as a freelance illustrator for a number or years and works in a variety of media, including traditional painting techniques combined with digital.

Dan finds inspiration for his work comes from a love of design of the 1950s and 60s. His design heroes are Mary Blair, Alexander Girard and Charles and Ray Eames.

He obsessively collects mid 20th century and Scandinavian furniture, drinks tea by the gallon and lives with a mischievous dog called Bertie.

I’m Daniela Sosa, author/illustrator originally from Romania and currently based in Cambridge, UK.I am a graduate of the Children’s Book Illustrations MA course at the Cambridge School of Art.

My main focus is children’s books, but I also enjoy doing other types of illustration work. I work mostly digitally but like to create the look of traditional media in my illustrations.

When I’m not illustrating, I enjoy nature walks, old pubs and crafty projects.
