大家好，

Human Design/人類圖/人類設計/人體圖設計中的曼荼羅太美了。我記得第一次在鳳凰城的荧幕上看到它。我剛讀完書。我開車帶著Ra和組織者從塞多納到費尼克斯去參加一個介紹晚會。看到它這麼大，我眼裡含著淚水。只要看看上面的圖片，上面顯示的是輪子上更大程式的運動，就是這樣。黑線是從1615年到現在的關鍵。 紅線是已經在變化的關鍵。黃線就是鎖。它們從不改變。

不久前，我和你們分享了在我自己的身體裏感受2027年的運動。就像我的頻率中有某種東西也在改變。我的頭腦本以為我不會受到影響，但我的經驗告訴我，情况並非如此。我感覺到自己體內構造板塊的移動：一個週期結束，另一個週期開始。這就像頻率的變化——不是我個人的頻率——而是背景中的一些變化。這不是發生在外面的事情。儘管我內心很穩定，但我的身體仍然受到正在發生的轉變的影響。這並不是壞事——更像是當一隻動物知道某事即將發生時。

週期的變化（每400多年發生一次）是推動人類進化的因素。我是那種人性中的一個人。我經常談到在一個不穩定的世界裏保持內心的穩定。觀察我內心和外界發生的一切是一件很有趣的事情。

一位Human Design的朋友分享了Ra所說的話。我沒有確切的引述，但他說我們將觀察我們身體的週期變化，因為全球意識程式的程式設計是細胞的。我甚至可能上過那門課，但我已經記不得了。我喜歡自己的經歷讓我明白這一點。對我來說，這是對Human Design的難以置信的驗證。Ra總是說「別相信我，你自己會發現這是不是真的。」

令人震驚的是，隨著2027年的到來，我們的世界正在發生如此迅速而劇烈的變化。這是推動人類進化的巨大機制——我們的進化。真的！ 這太棒了，我們有前排座位。

我收到了另一封來自立陶宛一位女士的電子郵件。她分享了Ra在「鑰匙更換前的19年」中的兩句話：

我很長一段時間都覺得沒有「我們」。只有你和我。我們每個人都作為一個個體生活。過去400多年是關於社區和集體結構的建設。這就是「我們」。現在正在發生的轉變正把我們帶到一個自我綜合的地方。這就是個人。當Human Design及時來到是多麼完美。61號匣門是過去這個週期的關鍵之一——內在真理。這些年來，更大計畫和人類進化的主題一直在推動我們走向內在真理。

我活得越久，我就越感激自己能在一個不會產生阻力的世界裏運作。一種我完全信任的管道。這並不是為了保持安全，因為我註定要經歷此生的某些經歷，有些經歷並不愉快。這是關於知道無論發生什麼都是正確的。這帶來了內心深處的放鬆與和平，因為世界似乎正朝著相反的方向——衝突與動盪——前進。

Hello to Each of You,

The Human Design Mandala is so beautiful. I remember the first time I saw it projected on a screen in Phoenix. I had just had my reading. I had driven Ra and the organizer to Phoenix from Sedona for an intro evening. I had tears in my eyes seeing it so big. Just looking at the above image showing the movement of the bigger program on the wheel is like that. The black lines are the keys from 1615 to now. The red lines are the keys that are already shifting. And the yellow lines are the locks. They never change.

A while back, I shared with you about feeling the movement towards 2027 in my own body. Like there is something in my frequency that is also shifting. My mind had thought that I would not be affected - but my experience showed me otherwise. I feel the shifting of the tectonic plates inside of me: one cycle ending and another beginning. It is like a change in frequency - not my own individual frequency - but something more in the background. It is not something that is simply happening outside. Even though I am stable within myself – my body is still affected by the shift happening. Not in a bad way – more like when an animal knows something is coming.

The changing of a cycle (which happens every 400+ years) is what moves the evolution of humanity. I am a human in that humanity. I have talked often about having inner stability in an unstable world. It has been fascinating to observe all that is happening outside as well as inside me.

A Human Design friend shared something that Ra said. I don't have the exact quote but he said that we are going to observe the cycle shift in our bodies because the programming of the Global Consciousness Program is cellular. I might even have been in that class but have no memory of it. I love that my own experience brought me to this understanding. For me, this is the incredible validation of Human Design. Ra would always say "don't believe me. You find out for yourself if it is true."

It is shocking how quickly and intensely things are changing in our world as we speed towards 2027. It's a huge mechanism at work driving the evolution of humanity - our evolution. Wow! This is amazing and we have front row seats.

I received another email from a woman in Lithuania. She shared these two quotes from Ra from "19 Years Until the Changing of the Keys":

"If you stand together – the world will smash you, but if you stand alone, you will not just survive, you will thrive" .

"It will be not pleasant for not-self beings, it‘s gonna be threatening to not self world".

I felt for a long time that there is no "we". There can only be you - and - me. Each of us living as an individual. The last 400+ years have been about the building of communities and collective structures. This is the "we". The shift that is happening now is bringing us to a place of being integrated within ourselves. This is the individual. How perfect that Human Design came when it did. Gate 61 is one of the keys during this past cycle - Inner Truth. The theme of the bigger program and the evolution of humanity has been moving us all these years to Inner Truth.

I've wondered a lot about what my mind calls "craziness" that I see in the world. The way so many humans are behaving has been shocking. While traveling, I've witnessed a human screaming at another human - a stranger. I never experienced that before. It seems that people have a very short fuse. When I think about my own body's cells experiencing the shift that is happening - I think of all the people who are totally unprepared - who are living from their minds and who want someone outside to fix it all. I think at the most basic level it is the fear of survival - and this is affecting people emotionally, physically and mentally. The reaction of violence or the threat of violence seems to have increased greatly since we began the final seven years. Where we have strategy and authority to ground us even while our own bodies experience the shift - most of humanity does not have any inner stability. They only experience the threat .Their reaction is primal. Ra's quote above describes exactly this.

Towards the end of this email is a fairly long piece from Ra - in the past, I have shared parts of it. I feel it is relevant to what we are seeing happening in our world right now - and this is only going to increase as the momentum of the program moves us closer and closer to the total shift.

I wanted to share this because this is also part of the universe and I love keeping things in perspective. I read the other day that the observable universe contains 40 quintillion, or 40 billion billion stellar-mass black holes. And that these black holes account for 1 per cent of all the ordinary matter in the observable universe, which is 93 billion light years across. These kinds of facts blow my mind. I cannot even imagine how many zeros are in 40 billion billion! And 93 billion light years is beyond comprehension. What is happening on Earth during this intense period of transition is part of a huge program at work that we have no control over.

The more I live the more grateful I become to have a way to operate in a world that does not create resistance. A way that I trust totally. It's not about staying safe because I am meant to live through certain experiences in this life and some are not pleasant. It's about knowing that whatever unfolds is correct. This brings a deep relaxation and peace within as the world seems to move in the opposite direction - towards conflict and unrest.
