Hiram Ip - Investment Banker / Quant Strategist from Hong Kong

Hiram Ip (葉瀚林) originates from Hong Kong and defines his profession as an investment banker , quant strategist & start up founder who graduated with a BSc. Economics degree from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Hiram Ip lived in London, Singapore, France, Hong Kong, and San Francisco. Ip speaks English, French, Mandarin and is currently learning Japanese.

Ip started his career as an equity research analyst with Morgan Stanley and then J.P. Morgan, where he completed some of the largest IPOs in the world.

After banking Hiram Ip became the CSO of a technology company and managed over 100 engineers across various global locations. Today Ip is focused on researching about the application of artificial intelligence in the areas of quantitative finance.

Hiram Ip also teaches table tennis and chess in my spare time free of charge to help the community.
