While organizing clothes for the changing seasons, she discovered a cardboard box buried deep in the closet. Turns out it’s a pair of boots—suede ones that wrap around the calves. Can she still wear them? One heel seems to have a problem, though the other is fine. She only wore them a few times after buying them, but after that year, they went out of style. By the following year, she had lost all interest in wearing them again. Emotions like that are so fickle. So, should she toss them or keep them?

Oh, and she remember once, a lover insisted she wear nothing but these boots in bed. She never understood what was so exciting about that. It didn’t even make the fun last any longer. Tsk tsk.

換季時整理衣物，這才從衣櫥深處發現一個紙盒。原來是馬靴，是包裹住整個小腿，麂皮的款式。還能再穿上嗎？一隻腳鞋跟好像有點問題，另一隻卻是好的。當初買來只穿過幾次，過了那一年便退了流行，隔年再看到便失去了再穿上的興致，心情這樣的東西真是難以捉摸，這樣說到底是該丟還不該丟？

喔對了，某次情人還央求她一絲不掛，卻穿了這雙靴子在床上做。真不明白這有什麼好興奮的？玩樂的時間也沒有因此變長，嘖嘖。
