即便地球上許多地方無熱戰，百萬次駭客攻擊、一觸即發的區域緊張、逐漸瓦解社會結構與倫理，新型態超限戰實質影響著所有的生命。巨幅動盪與死亡危機感，形成各種形式內在衝突與現實世界的失控暴衝。人類再次面臨資源衝突、生靈塗炭的囚境，<傳送門portal II> 描繪煉獄中一股尋覓的力量，寓意著不放棄希望永遠存在。

實際上每個生命的潛意識是渴望昇華，極端意識型態扭曲本意。戰爭本質上是合理化毀滅他人生存權，貪然寡占資源的手段。人類還是有機會與智慧抵禦這種困境、歷史共業、人類世災禍。儘管情況艱鉅，唯有彼此展現出合作的勇氣與智慧，建立信賴機制，共同努力跨越難關，和平才會到來。

A few years ago, amidst the turbulence, isolation, and chaos brought on by the pandemic, **Portal I** was born. The sequel, **Portal II**, delves into the new normal shaped by infectious diseases, the trials of war, geopolitical tensions, political fragmentation, and climate change. Humanity finds itself trapped in deeper layers of fear, struggling to survive in the cracks of this fragile existence. Echoing the sentiments of **Portal I**, which sought the essence of hope, this sequel highlights the delicate and ephemeral nature of peace.

Even in parts of the world free from overt warfare, millions of cyberattacks, looming regional tensions, the disintegration of social structures and ethics, and the rise of hybrid, unrestricted warfare deeply affect all forms of life. This vast turbulence and the looming threat of mortality create internal conflicts within individuals and lead to unchecked explosions of chaos in the real world. Humanity once again faces the prison of resource conflicts and widespread suffering. **Portal II** portrays a force of resilience emerging from this purgatory, symbolizing the enduring presence of hope.

At its core, every living being's subconscious yearns for transcendence, yet extreme ideologies distort this innate aspiration. War, in essence, is the rationalization of stripping others of their right to live—a method for greedily monopolizing resources. Yet, humanity still possesses the capacity and wisdom to resist such crises, the shared burdens of history, and the catastrophes of the Anthropocene.
