法師Gandalf挑選矮小的哈比人Biblo Baggins加入矮人族的復國任務，一行人在精靈王國接受招待後不告而辭，繼續前進。Gandalf落後，行前與Galadriel女王談到為何挑選沒有法力也沒有戰鬥經驗的哈比人參與行動。
Galadriel:

Galadriel:

Perhaps it is because I am afraid, and he gives me courage.
