電影綠色奇蹟裡的部分橋段(含部分對話內容)

對付難搞同事與一同計畫幫助典獄長夫人的過程非常精采，特別是搭配電影一同看完後其感受會更印象深刻喔！

電影劇情剛開始波西就張狂仗著本身後台硬且欺凌眾人。

受不了的同事們便威脅波西的醜事會一律被寫在工作紀錄裡伴隨終身。

以上條件是波西只要調職即可。

雖然戴爾的綠色旅程事後過程中出紕漏，保羅仍是在典獄長面前給波西台階下。因他自願要調職去迎接美好未來了。

過程中獄警們與被威脅的波西的對質劇情：

電椅上對質

掉包叮噹先生 Mr. Jingles

Percy：You switched them. You switched them somehow.

你們掉包了。你們一定掉包了！

Brutal：I always keep a spare mouse in my wallet for occasions such as this.

我口袋裡總是多準備隻老鼠，以備不時之需。

Percy：You palying with me. Both of you. Just who the hell you think you are?

你們兩個竟然敢耍我。你們以為自己是誰啊？

Paul：We're the people you work with, Percy. But not for long. I want your word?

我們是你的同事，波西。但共事的日子不長了。我需要你的保證。

Percy：My word?

保證？

Paul：I put you out front for Del, you put in your transfer to Briar Ridge the next day.

我讓你負責戴爾的死刑，第二天你就得調到布萊爾山脊去。

Percy：What if I just call up certain people and tell them you're harassing me? Bullying me.

萬一我打電話給某個重要人物說你們欺負我、威脅我呢？

Paul：Go ahead. I promise you'll leave your share of blood on the floor.

隨你便。我保證也會讓你血流滿地的。

Percy：Over a mouse?

就為了一隻老鼠？

Paul：No. But four men will swear you stood by while Wild Bill tried to strangle Dean. About that, people will care. Even your uncle the governor.

不是。但有四個人會宣誓證明，當比利小子想要勒死迪恩時，你居然袖手旁觀。人們不會對此漠視不管，甚至你那州長叔叔也不會。

Brutal：Thing like that goes on your work record. Work record can follow a man around for long time.

這種醜事會寫在你的工作紀錄裡，裏頭的汙點會伴隨終身啊。

Paul：I put you out front, you put in for that transfer. That's the deal.

我讓你行刑，你申請調職。就這麼約定了。

Percy：All right.

好吧。

Paul：You make a promise to a man, you shake his hand.

君子一言，駟馬難追。

禁閉室對質

軟墊房間 The padded room

Paul：You deserved to be punished for what you did to Del. You accept it like a man. Or else we'll make you sorry you were ever born. We'll tell people how you sabotaged Del's execution, and pissed yourself like a frightened little girl. Yes, we will talk. But, Percy you mind me now. We'll also see you beaten within an inch of your life. We know people too. Are you so foolish, you don't realize that? Let bygones be bygones. Nothing's hurt so far but your pride. No one ever need know about that, except the people in this little room.

你那樣對戴爾是罪有應得，像個男人一樣受罰吧。否則我們會整得你生不如死。我們會告訴世人你是如何處心積慮地破壞戴爾的死刑，還有你嚇得尿褲子的事。沒錯，我們做得出來。還有波西你給我聽好，我們也可以找人把你揍得半死，我們人脈也很廣，你難道笨得看不出來嗎？過去的事就讓它過去吧。唯一受傷的就只有你的自尊心，除了在場的這幾位，別人永遠不會知道這件事。

Brutal：What happens on the Mile stays on the Mile. Always has.

監獄裡的事我們絕不張揚，永遠不會。

由波西主導戴爾的綠色旅程

搞砸了戴爾的綠色旅程Green mile

保羅刻意將視線朝向波西，此舉讓典獄長的目光從保羅身上移開而轉向波西問話(當時又看到波西面有難色，更是引起典獄長的注意)。

Paul：Percy fucked up, Hal. Pure and simple.

波西搞砸了，哈爾。就這麼簡單。

Hal：That's your official position?

這就是你的立場？

Paul：Don't you think it should be? He's putting in for a transfer request to B R tomorrow. Moving on to bigger and better things. Isn't that right, Percy?

難道不對嗎？他明天就申請調往布萊爾山脊，追求更美好的未來。對不對，波西？

Percy：yea.

是的。

※即使遇到波西這樣的難搞同僚仍不忘給予包容，不然其中一幕在電椅上談條件的時候保羅又怎麼還願意與他握手言和甚至還在典獄長面前給他台階下。

握手言和

幫助典獄長夫人的前置計畫與演練：

前置作業:

• 給比利小子的清涼飲料裡下安眠藥。
• 這時人們途中將波西關進禁閉室。

演練話術:

• 熄燈後約翰鬧不停關進禁閉室，即便人不在，裡頭的吵鬧聲也會誤以為是約翰而非波西。
• 保羅在辦公室調閱戴爾的檔案，因犯人前往綠色旅程的路太不尋常了。
• 老布、哈利、波西都去洗衣服，可能要幾個小時才會回來。

電影劇情經過與他人的互動所激盪的各種火花讓主要的獄警四人彼此感情更為緊密。

很奇妙的這部電影給我們的感受只要越看幾次就會不自覺使人想要深入了解，彷彿從電影開頭看到的「奇蹟」像魔力般吸引我們前去觀看。
