2024 0513今日塔羅：突破 Breakthrough
剛稍早，雷神可能這次不在團隊內，天空先悶了一些時間，然後碰一聲，大雨直接傾落，連反應的時間都沒有，若人在外面，妥妥成了落湯雞。
人生會有這樣類似的情景，沒有個心理準備，馬上來個大轉變，幾乎通常都是”無常”這腳色的主場。
一瞬間，天雲變色。
一瞬間，山崩地裂。
一瞬間，意外傷亡鐵錚錚的事實，從前再也無法挽回。
今日跟朋友聊著生活，聊著人生，聊著”變數”，剎那間，對於努力前進和拼命動力，有著嘆息的句點。
可是，人生路上，就是這樣，想法改變沒有停止線。
感嘆是一時，計畫與周全是一世。
我們在嘆息聲中領悟。
我們在挫折聲中成長。
我們在悲憤淚水裡立志更加堅強。
我們在打擊崩垮下濛濛渺渺茫茫。
有句歌詞，「愛情就像一條河，每個人都是摸著石頭過河。」
人生，不也是，像一條河，有奔騰，有停滯，有涓涓細流，有深深的漩渦。
今天的塔羅牌是『突破』。
讓我想起以往工作經驗的習慣。
工作，難免會遇到困境，面臨僵局。
我會視情況而思考要如何面對。
有種事情屬於非常重要等級，不過節奏不須太急躁，因重要而無法輕鬆面對，任何的動作皆會影響後續發展與發酵，但還有時間可以酌量。
這時，建議採取的方式”緩”或”暫停”。
等局勢。
局勢先動，我們再伺機調整行動。
也會有這樣的事情，重要且急的事情，且已非初次站在擂台上的局，奪得先機是攸關未來走向甚至結局如何。
『突破』是我曾採用過，且成功的戰略。
而進行突破之前，得先破除僵局。
僵局破除之法在於『突破』之道。
所謂『突破』 ~
不是”甘願與否”、”願不願意”或”想不想要”的衡量與思考。
面臨的是就是必須轉變，必須調整，必須改變。
帶著急迫的節奏。
帶著且戰且走且調整的謀略。
考驗的是危機處理能力，冷靜思考能力與團戰是否共心。
提刀上馬，勇往直前，跳躍障礙，衝過攔阻，是最佳制敵之心法。
在戰場上，不能讓猶豫拉垮行動力，不能讓三心兩意澆熄戰鬥力。
去吧！衝吧！實踐吧！

Just a while ago, it seemed like Thor wasn't on the team this time.

Life can throw us similar situations.

Sighing is momentary; planning and consideration are lifelong.
We find understanding amidst sighs.
We grow amidst setbacks.
We resolve to be stronger amidst tears of frustration.
We navigate through the haze amidst crushing blows.
There's a lyric that goes, "Love is like a river, everyone is feeling their way through." Isn't life, too, like a river?
It rushes, it stagnates, it trickles, it swirls deep.
Today's Tarot card is 'Breakthrough'.
It reminds me of habits from past work experiences.
In work, encountering difficulties and facing deadlocks is inevitable.
I assess how to proceed based on the situation.
Some matters are of utmost importance but don't require haste. Because of their significance, they can't be approached lightly; any action will affect subsequent developments and outcomes, but there's still time for deliberation.
In such cases, it's advisable to take a "slow" or "pause" approach.
Wait for the situation to unfold.
Let the situation move first, then adjust our actions accordingly.
There are also situations that are both important and urgent, and it's not the first time facing such challenges.
Seizing the initiative is crucial for determining future outcomes and even the final result.
'Breakthrough' is a strategy I've employed before and succeeded with.
But before a breakthrough can happen, the deadlock must be broken.
The method to break the deadlock lies in the path of 'Breakthrough'.
The so-called 'Breakthrough' isn't about whether one is willing or unwilling, or whether one wants it or not.
It's about the necessity of change, adjustment, and transformation.
It's urgent. It requires a strategy of fighting while adapting.
It tests crisis management abilities, the capacity for calm reflection, and whether the team is united.
Take up the sword, mount the horse, advance courageously, leap over obstacles, and charge through barriers; this is the best strategy for defeating the enemy.
On the battlefield, hesitation dulls action; wavering weakens combat prowess.
Go forth!
Charge!
Act!
Like a spirited horse leaping forward—kick, leap, elegant, perfect landing!
