演講人：謝爾頓·費爾德曼博士（Dr. Sheldon Feldman） 演講主題：醫院裡的靈氣 REIKI IN HOSPITALS

謝爾頓·費爾德曼博士（Dr. Sheldon Feldman）是一名外科教授，負責指導乳腺癌醫療服務，並且是紐約市 Montefiore 醫療中心乳腺外科和乳腺外科腫瘤學研究項目的負責人。他在紐約大學完成了醫學院和外科住院醫師的學業，並在紐瓦克貝斯以色列醫學中心（Newark Beth Israel Medical Center）獲得了血管外科獎學金。

在開發用於診斷和治療乳腺癌的創新微創技術方面，他是公認的領導者。他主要在於推廣提倡乳腺癌預防、並且是單點及綜合診斷與治療研究的首席研究員。

他的專業領域包括；腫瘤整形手術（oncoplastic surgery）、乳頭保留的乳房切除術（nipple sparing mastectomy）、術中放療（intraoperative radiation）、腫瘤消融(tumor ablation)、淋巴水腫預防照護（lymphedema prevention）、和乳腺癌醫患介紹溝通的方式。

他提升了靈氣和醫療保健的作用。他是 Medical Reiki Works 協會的理事長與會長。他在美國國內和國際上進行了廣泛的演講和研究出版，並且是乳房雜誌（Breast Journal）的編輯委員會成員。也是美國乳房外科醫生協會的前任主席。

シェルドン・フェルドマン

DR SHELDON FELDMAN

Dr. Sheldon Feldman, professor of surgery, directs breast cancer services and is chief of the breast surgery and breast surgical oncology program at Montefiore Medical Center in NYC. He completed medical school and surgical residency at NYU in NYC and a vascular surgery fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

He is a recognized leader in the development of innovative, minimally-invasive techniques to diagnose and treat breast cancer. He is the principal investigator for both single-site and multi-centered research protocols that aim to advance the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. His areas of expertise include; oncoplastic surgery, nipple sparing mastectomy, intraoperative radiation, tumor ablation, lymphedema prevention, introductal approach to breast cancer and physician patient communication. He has advanced the role of Reiki and health care. He is the chairman of the board of Medical Reiki Works. He has lectured and published extensively both nationally and internationally and is on the editorial board of the Breast Journal. He is past president of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
