本文為土居裕老師針對現代靈氣法官方講義/手冊的管理公告，目前英文版與西班牙語版概由GRN 的Ryoko S. Julia 女士負責。

而目前土居裕老師的「現代靈氣法」官方繁體中文版講義課程，由臼井靈氣國際學會URRIS正式代理認證與販售。

目前全球僅有學會與土居裕老師制訂了統一的相互認證格式，每季回報至日本土居裕老師與「現代霊気ヒーリング協会」處，相互紀錄存檔。

故導師們購買後需要上系統填寫學生的資料與對應的流水編號。 有需要的治療師與導師們，請洽臼井靈氣國際學會秘書長詢問相關事宜。

尊敬的現代靈氣大師們，感謝您致力於推廣靈氣。

幾年來，我一直在進行各種嘗試，以順利地向世界各地的現代靈氣大師提供官方現代靈氣講義/手冊。過去幾年，外文版的翻譯進展順利，官方講義/手冊的提供終於在2020年開始在全球引入全球經銷系統後開始。

所有的翻譯、銷售和經銷商相關的工作都由居住在美國的 Ryoko S. Julia 女士作為我的現代靈氣治療協會的講義/手冊管理部門。到目前為止一切順利，但隨著我將於今年 11 月 2 日滿 86 歲，我感到有必要將官方講義/手冊的管理轉移給一個可靠的組織，以保持現代靈氣法 Gendai Reiki Ho 的永久性並防止海外的現代靈氣大師們在我退休後遭遇任何形式的麻煩。

在仔細考慮了幾個可能的選項後，我選擇了 NPO Gendai Reiki Network (GRN) 作為最有資格接管我的官方講義/手冊管理的組織。最初，直到 2016 年，GRN 負責向海外大師提供官方的英語和西班牙語講義/手冊。然而，由於缺乏人力資源，GRN很難在海外提供服務。現代靈氣療愈協會接手了它，從那時起就一直這樣做。

基於上述，我在此宣布，從2022年1月1日起，海外講義/手冊的銷售權，包括翻譯語言的選擇、翻譯人員和講義/手冊經銷商的選擇和簽約，以及所有結算業務，轉移到 GRN。如上所述，轉讓後不會對原分發系統進行任何更改，Ryoko Julia 將繼續像以前一樣處理所有的管理事務。

TRANSFER OF MANAGEMENT OF OFFICIAL GENDAI REIKI MANUALS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Dear Gendai Reiki Masters,

Thank you for your dedication to promoting Reiki.

For several years, I have been making various attempts to provide official Gendai Reiki manuals smoothly to Gendai Reiki Masters around the world. In the past few years, translation into foreign languages has progressed smoothly, and the provision of the official manuals has finally gotten off the ground with the introduction of a global distributor system in the world since 2020.

All translations, sales, and distributor-related work have been managed by Ms. Ryoko S. Julia, who lives in the United States, as the Manual Department of my Gendai Reiki Healing Association. It has been going well so far, but as I turn 86 years old on November 2 this year, I have felt the necessity to transfer the official manual management to a reliable organization to maintain the permanence of Gendai Reiki Ho and to prevent any troubles to overseas Gendai Reiki masters after I retire.

After careful consideration of the several options available, I selected the NPO Gendai Reiki Network (GRN) as the most qualified organization to take over my official manual management. Initially, until 2016, the GRN was responsible for providing the official English and Spanish manuals to overseas masters when they were completed. However, due to a lack of human resources, it became difficult to provide services overseas at the GRN. The Gendai Reiki Healing Association took it over and had been doing so ever since.

Today, the GRN has a new board of directors, a large number of overseas members, and is becoming more active in international activities. In addition, Ryoko S. Julia, who has been in charge of the overseas distribution system for the official manuals at my Gendai Reiki Healing Association, is a bridge between the GRN and overseas members as the director of overseas affairs and the vice president. She will continue to be in charge of the overseas manual distribution system at the GRN.

Based on the above, I would like to announce that from January 1, 2022, the sales rights for overseas manuals, including the selection of the translation languages, selection and contracting of translators and manual distributors in each country, and all settlement operations, will be transferred to the GRN. As mentioned above, no changes will be made to the distribution system after the transfer, and Ryoko Julia will continue to handle all the manual management as before.
