Why not use what is yours to use? What is the use of having an electric light in your room if you fail to switch it on and fill the room with light? Why not keep turning to Me for help and strength, and use all those wonderful gifts which are there waiting for you? Cease struggling on your own, for when you know Me and love Me, you will want to be ever aware of Me and of My divine presence. You will want to walk in the light, for where there is light, darkness is no more. You generate light by your positive, constructive living and being; therefore allow nothing negative in you to dim that light. You may need to do it consciously until all negativity falls away from you and you learn to live positively all the time. It may be a real effort for you to do it to begin with, but gradually it will become as natural to you as breathing.

　　為什麼不使用可以被我所使用的呢？擁有一盞電燈又有什麼用呢，如果我無法打開它，讓房間充滿光亮？為什麼不轉向上天，尋求幫助與力量，並且使用所有這些在這等待著我的美好的天賦呢？停止靠自己去掙扎，因當我懂得上天並愛上天，我會希望從此覺察到上天以及上天那神性的臨在。

　　我會希望在光明中行走，因在有光的地方，就沒有黑暗。我產生光，通過我那正向的、有建設性的生活與生命狀態；因此不要允許我內在任何負面的能量將那光變得暗淡。我可能需要有覺察地這樣去做，直到所有的消極能量都遠離了我，並且我學會一直正向地生活。可能一開始去這樣做時，我需要用些力氣，但漸漸地，對我來說它會變得像呼吸一樣自然。
