修正重刊：軍人抗議？Soldiers recruited on Facebook (corrected on 0818)

【Remark】

寫本文章的前一兩天吧，電視上出現類似網路號召軍人上街反制的跑馬燈訊息。

基於 civilian control ，覺得茲事體大，非提醒不可。這也是長久以來本部落格一直在進行的事情。

無論如何，事後發展證明並無「上街」之後續推動，僅斷續出現：

呼籲當日大家穿軍裝相挺（包括洪舅舅也有類似當日將穿軍裝挺國軍的言論），以及

呼籲大家道臉書按個讚。

（但，不是軍人，誰可能會穿軍裝呢？因為就規定而言，軍裝，一般人不可以隨意購買與穿著。因此，限定了軍人的身分。可見，運動的構思仍在不斷修正中。）

軍方曾經是也一直是最複雜的組織管理系統，也就是必須藉由嚴格的官僚理性來運作的組織，是與政府完整和並駕齊驅的組織，不可小覷其專業性與實力。從而令人敬也令人畏。首我如此巨大的力量，軍人即使受委屈，也應為國相忍，不能失之情緒。

這是在事件中一直被部分長官所搞砸的部分。很遺憾也很痛心。

我個人願意花一小時的時間找資料，並將國防部史政編譯局的《美軍顧問團口述歷史》有關美軍軍法官藍柏先生的部份一字一字打出來，目的在呈現該有的軍隊的職掌與管理，以及對照我們軍隊在實際上哪裡產生誤會甚至於做錯了。

錯了就要改，不需要為了「個人」而賠上「整體」的信賴。但這次，似乎反其道而行。

該名美軍軍法官提及：是「人」錯了，不要總是輕易改制度，而這是政治人物的特愛。

這也是我的感覺。

面對埃及現今的悲劇。反觀台灣無此紛擾是我們的幸福，當然也是各方的自我克制結果。

大家要珍惜。軍方有錯也有委屈，但因為擁有巨大力量，所以更要謹慎行事，軍人的腳步只能踩在理性的節拍點上，不能恣意。感謝網友小米提醒。

修正重刊：軍人抗議？Soldiers recruited on Facebook (corrected on 0818)

(Soldiers are not taking to the street, but they are summoned to appear on Facebook with their real names and in uniform.)

The case of a corporal bullied to death is yet over, even after two ministers of defense stepped down.

The news reported that a former Special Forces soldier is planning to summon on the Facebook some 50,000 comrades to support the military in their uniforms on September 3rd.

However, he made a mistake, by chance or on purpose.

The protest on 20th July and 3rd August did not aim against the Ministry of Defense; instead, they wanted the truth and they did not want to see the tragedy occur, again.  In other words, they want Taiwan be a strong, open and fair country.

The summoning of soldiers to boost military morale at this very moment smacks of interfering politics, which is common in the third world countries, when the protesters, no matter who they are, wear the uniform.  And it is going in an ominous direction of clashes between the military and the civilian.

In 2007, a military officer in uniform appeared in the protest of the Red-shirts against former President Chen’s corruption.  The officer was criticized severely by the media and was heard to be punished in the military.  Now, they are doing it on the Internet.

Is the taboo relaxed now?  It is definitely no good thing to see soldiers standing against the civilian public.  Revised on 0818.

有關一個下士被虐待致死的案子並未因兩位國防部長換下而結束。

新聞報導，一位自稱40歲的前陸軍特戰隊的退役人員，在臉書上號召50,000人發聲，且呼籲於軍人節身著軍裝支持國防部。

7月20日與8月3日的抗議人群，並非反對軍隊。他們只是反對黑箱的軍法程序，他們要真相，他們不要悲劇再發生。他們要台灣進步。如此而已。

無論是誰，假使大批人著軍裝抗議，這會是軍隊干預政治，至少外觀上會如此被定義。

台灣或從此不得安寧成為第三世界一員。萬萬使不得！

2007年，紅衫軍上街抗議前總統的貪污疑雲時，出現一位身著軍裝的職業軍人，被批評得很嚴重，事後也有懲處。顯示當時軍方尚能自制。

現在，難道解禁了嗎？

馬快樂出訪12天灑錢，台灣反而風雨欲來。事情已漸漸止息，但我們卻眼見三軍統帥人品之不堪聞臭！
