I also believe stress management training would be beneficial as I have been receiving a lot of unexpected last minute work in the last few months and that cause me a lot of stress and anxiety. I would like to take this opportunity to work with management to find out how can we develop a better work schedule so that we can eliminate unnecessary stress in the future.
至於那些中醫的特別優待,我覺得你應該另外再投訴,不要跟自己的appraisal放在一起,因為這樣看起來你已經失去理智,不能把自己的感情和工作分開。
如果你真的是對你的manager很有意見,你甚至可以把一些你覺得很沒有理由的email全部record好,然後file a formal complain.我覺得你直接可以寫成這是公司的negligence。你之前不是讀法律的嗎?不知道香港對employee有沒有這方面的保障?如果有,你可以看醫生說你被公司搞得很stress,然後這個將會成為你以後投訴你上司的證據。如果有什麼unfair dismissal,或者其他事,你也可以把這些證據拿出來跟公司對峙。
