The passengers have to be screened by the sending States and only those found asymptomatic would be allowed to travel.

The Ministry of Home Affairs, on Friday, allowed movement of stranded migrants, pilgrims and tourists by special trains to be operated by the Railway Ministry. 派遣工的國家必須先對旅客進行檢查，只有無症狀的旅客才可以通行。

The Ministry said that the Railways will issue guidelines for sale of tickets and social distancing measures. 內政部說，鐵路部門將發行購票指南和實行社交距離。

As per the guideline issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Railway Ministry had decided to run ‘Shramik Special’ trains from Labour day (May 1), to move migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, students and other persons stranded at different places due to lockdown. These special trains will be run from point to point on the request of both the concerned State Governments. 當內政部發布該指南後，鐵道局決定從勞動節（5月1日）起營運“ Shramik Special”火車，讓因封鎖禁令而滯留在不同地方的移工，朝聖者，遊客，學生等得以通勤。這些特殊列車被政府要求只能以點對點運輸。

It also added “The Railways will endeavour to ensure social distancing norms and hygiene with the cooperation of passengers. On longer routes, the Railways will provide a meal enroute during the journey.” 內政部補充：“鐵路在乘客的合作下努力確保維持社交距離和衛生狀況。在較長的路線上另提供餐點。”

It added that on arrival at the destination, passengers will be received by the State Government, who would make all arrangements for their screening, quarantine if necessary and further travel from the Railway Station.到達目的地後，州政府將安排旅客，檢查，(如有需要)做出必要的隔離或讓乘客繼續坐往下一站。
