【品飲筆記】波爾多卡隆賽居堡三軍酒 Saint-Estèphe de Calon Ségur 2018

卡隆賽居堡 (Château Calon-Ségur) 位於波爾多的左岸，是 1855 年左岸梅多克分級制度的三級酒莊。酒莊有出三個不同等級的酒款，下圖是這三個等級酒款的酒標

呈現很深的紅寶石色。香氣很足，帶出明顯的黑色漿果氣息，例如黑莓、黑醋栗，李子，果醬的香氣，也帶有一些草本，辛香料，可可，奶油，橡木桶，堅果的味道。酒體飽滿，酸度高，緊實的單寧和明顯的澀感構成了這隻酒口感的主要架構。尾韻很長，帶有一些草本，蘑菇的口感留在舌尖久久不散去。2018 年果然是波爾多的好年份，雖然是酒莊的三軍酒，不到千元可以喝到這樣的層次感絕對值得。搭配牛排，牛肉乾，義大利餃相當適合。

Dark amble red. Aromatically very expressive: jammy, blackberry, preserved prune, herb, spice, cocoa, oak, butter and nuts are all present. The palate is dry, full body, and high acidity. Grippy tannins build and coat the mouth with a subtle acidity. Vibrant fruit allows the finish to crescendo and take an eternity to gracefully fade with notable mushroom note. 990 NTD is a good deal to have such a typical Bordeaux-style in good vintage.
