MYJ is not impotent, he is just competent enough to misguide the world.
MYJ answered a question form a journalist in the press briefing yesterday that the premier Liu did cut his hair in the typhoon emergency situation, improper though. However, he did not intend to dye his hair.
Anyone who read this tends to think Liu did not dye his hair. But it is a mis-interpretation. MYJ admitted Liu has dyed the hair in emergency situation.
He is not impotent. In fact, MYJ thus proved himself a very accurate and competent person.
What will happen to Taiwan if MYJ is competent yet plays and is regarded as impotent?
This might be another scenario of Blitzkrieg in the future’s military textbook.

馬英九絕對不是無能，他用詞遣字非常準確，記者或閱聽人不注意，是自己的問題。

以0819自由時報報導〈還在拗 馬護劉揆：去理髮 非染髮〉為例：「馬接著主動替劉揆澄清，說劉十一日只是去理髮，不是刻意去染髮，面對媒體後續追問官員作法未能苦民所苦，馬又替劉補充說，劉每個月都會去理髮，只是颱風時去會造成誤解。」。

仔細聽才能體會：劉兆玄有去理髮，也有去染髮，只是染髮包在理髮中，不是以染髮為目的前往理髮。

天哪，加上「不是刻意」幾個字，若誤會為「沒有染髮」那是閱聽人的責任。馬，很精準的講了實話。

用字這樣精準的馬總統，會是無能？我不信。

WHY？

昨天國際記者會，外國記者劈頭質疑馬的領導力，蕭的健康，加上劉的缺席，等於這個政府已經失能，或說這個政府已經「無法視事」。

假使外界環境有變，這樣的台灣連一分鐘也無法撐過去！馬治下的台灣，可能會是未來各國戰爭學院「閃電戰」的典範。
