昨晚跟家人們聊著關於大家都變老了的話題。

鬢如霜。

髮如雪。

時光易催容顏老。

駐顏有術，是另一話題，是我不熟悉的內容。

皺紋，是時光刻鏤的痕跡。

白髮，是智慧精粹的結果。

美麗，不應該被侷限於年輕如昔，貌美如春。

要改變的非外貌，而是觀念。

要改變的非外型，而是觀點。

從心底發出的想要的改變，那可真的是能讓人煥然一新的驚艷。

難免會遇到話不投機的人，說半句都嫌太多的時刻。

改變的不會是別人，若期望著，那是癡心妄想。

改變的從來就是自己。

不為別人而變。

為自己而改，為在乎的人而變。

改變，要忖度情勢。

在沙漠中建立水道，是憨傻，總不能真學愚公移山吧。

老想著改變，也得想想策略，也不能老是天馬行空，得實際一點。

改變，真的得改，尤其是現在變化快速的時代。

若問我，我如何改變？

我，膽小，不敢太過冒險，一點一點慢慢改。

一段時間之後，再回首，改變的也就不只一點點。

Last night, I talked with my family about how we're all getting older. Temples like frost. Hair like snow.

Time quickly ages our appearance. Having techniques to retain youth is another topic, one I'm not familiar with.

Wrinkles are the marks carved by time.

White hair is the essence of wisdom.

Beauty should not be limited to youthful looks and spring-like charm.

What needs to change is not appearance, but perception.

What needs to change is not form, but viewpoint.

A change desired from the heart can truly bring a stunning transformation.

It's inevitable to encounter people with whom conversations are difficult, and moments when even a few words feel too much.

You can't change others; expecting that is wishful thinking.

The one who changes is always oneself.

Don't change for others. Change for yourself, and for those you care about.

Change should consider the circumstances.

Building a waterway in the desert is foolish; you can't really emulate Yu Gong moving mountains. Wanting change also requires strategy; you can't always be impractical, you need to be realistic.

Change, indeed, needs to happen, especially in these rapidly changing times. If you ask me, how do I change? I am timid and afraid to take big risks, so I change little by little. After some time, looking back, the change is more than just a little.
