I had a cup of milk tea on Saturday, and by the afternoon, I felt energised and had my strength back. I eagerly went shopping after that. But I had trouble falling asleep at night. Over and over, I tossed and turned. I was really worn out. I was watching a TV drama (Darkside of the Moon/ 黑色月光, and I adore Tavia Yeung 楊茜蕘 (楊怡) a lot ) at around two in the morning.
What are your plans while you're having trouble sleeping? Will you follow suit with me and look for a drama to decompress and tire you up so you can go asleep more quickly?
