The Judgement of Solomon

The Judgement of Solomon是一個知名聖經故事，不論基督徒或非基督徒都會對故事有深刻印像。

我曾經講過，

1) 同一個故事拍在不同導演手會有不同效果。同一個角色演在不同演員手會有不同效果。

2) 一部Hamlet，以Hamlet  角度去寫劇本，以 Claudius 角度去寫劇本，以Polonius 角度去寫劇本，就會是三部不同的電影。

3) 一部Hamlet，可以拍成120 分鐘，可以拍成240 分鐘，可以用平衡剪接拍。

4) 根據主編先生的佈景運用思維學作出統計，

用一個男演員作開頭第一個鏡，

單是RGB 已經可以開到16 色，

仲有物料有COTTON，絲質等，

仲有個場景是室內還是室外。

如是室內景，

不锈鋼，木等加加埋埋其他擺設，

仲有枝燈向上射，向下射，

用白光燈定黃光燈，

呢度個度加加埋埋都已經去到5000 樓上。

仲未計鏡頭拍幾多分鐘添。

所以，

17000 隨時是極為保守的估計。

現在正式講正題。

SHIRLIE 於4 月跟我講，有個教友給了一隻由Ben Cross 主演的 Solomon。勾起我許多年前的回憶，那時老師拍緊Chariots of fire，跟我談論二位男主要角色，他稱讚Ian Charleson 是talented actor。

我曾經看過Ian 主演的舞台劇Look Back in Anger，也就是老師於1980 年拍攝的作品之一，Ian演得很出色，但很可惜是英年早逝。

3:16[hb5] 一 日 有 兩 個 妓 女 來 、 站 在 王 面 前 。 [kjv] Then came there two women, that were harlots, unto the king, and stood before him. [bbe] Then two loose women of the town came and took their places before the king;3:17[hb5] 一 個 說 、 我 主 阿 、 我 和 這 婦 人 同 住 一 房 、 他 在 房 中 的 時 候 、 我 生 了 一 個 男 孩 ． [kjv] And the one woman said, O my lord, I and this woman dwell in one house; and I was delivered of a child with her in the house. [bbe] And one of them said, O my lord, I and this woman are living in the same house; and I gave birth to a child by her side in the house.3:18[hb5] 我 生 孩 子 後 第 三 日 、 這 婦 人 也 生 了 孩 子 ． 我 們 是 同 住 的 、 除 了 我 們 二 人 之 外 、 房 中 再 沒 有 別 人 ． [kjv] And it came to pass the third day after that I was delivered, that this woman was delivered also: and we were together; there was no stranger with us in the house, save we two in the house. [bbe] And three days after the birth of my child, this woman had a child: we were together, no other-person was with us in the house but we two only.3:19[hb5] 夜 間 這 婦 人 睡 著 的 時 候 、 壓 死 了 他 的 孩 子 ． [kjv] And this woman's child died in the night; because she overlaid it. [bbe] In the night, this woman, sleeping on her child, was the cause of its death.3:20[hb5] 他 半 夜 起 來 、 趁 我 睡 著 、 從 我 旁 邊 把 我 的 孩 子 抱 去 、 放 在 他 懷 裡 、 將 他 的 死 孩 子 放 在 我 懷 裡 ． [kjv] And she arose at midnight, and took my son from beside me, while thine handmaid slept, and laid it in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom. [bbe] And she got up in the middle of the night and took my son from my side while your servant was sleeping; and she took it in her arms and put her dead child in my arms.3:21[hb5] 天 要 亮 的 時 候 、 我 起 來 要 給 我 的 孩 子 喫 奶 、 不 料 、 孩 子 死 了 ． 及 至 天 亮 、 我 細 細 的 察 看 、 不 是 我 所 生 的 孩 子 。 [kjv] And when I rose in the morning to give my child suck, behold, it was dead: but when I had considered it in the morning, behold, it was not my son, which I did bear. [bbe] And when I got up to give my child the breast, I saw that it was dead; but in the morning, looking at it with care, I saw that it was not my son.3:22[hb5] 那 婦 人 說 、 不 然 、 活 孩 子 是 我 的 、 死 孩 子 是 你 的 。 這 婦 人 說 、 不 然 、 死 孩 子 是 你 的 、 活 孩 子 是 我 的 。 他 們 在 王 面 前 如 此 爭 論 。 [kjv] And the other woman said, Nay; but the living is my son, and the dead is thy son. And this said, No; but the dead is thy son, and the living is my son. Thus they spake before the king. [bbe] And the other woman said, No; but the living child is my son and the dead one yours. But the first said, No; the dead child is your son and the living one mine. So they kept on talking before the king.3:23[hb5] 王 說 、 這 婦 人 說 、 活 孩 子 是 我 的 、 死 孩 子 是 你 的 、 那 婦 人 說 、 不 然 、 死 孩 子 是 你 的 、 活 孩 子 是 我 的 ． [kjv] Then said the king, The one saith, This is my son that liveth, and thy son is the dead: and the other saith, Nay; but thy son is the dead, and my son is the living. [bbe] Then the king said, One says, The living child is my son, and yours is the dead: and the other says, Not so; but your son is the dead one and mine is the living.3:24[hb5] 就 吩 咐 說 、 拿 刀 來 、 人 就 拿 刀 來 ． [kjv] And the king said, Bring me a sword. And they brought a sword before the king. [bbe] Then he said, Get me a sword. So they went and put a sword before the king.3:25[hb5] 王 說 、 將 活 孩 子 劈 成 兩 半 、 一 半 給 那 婦 人 、 一 半 給 這 婦 人 。 [kjv] And the king said, Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one, and half to the other. [bbe] And the king said, Let the living child be cut in two and one half given to one woman and one to the other.3:26[hb5] 活 孩 子 的 母 親 為 自 己 的 孩 子 心 裡 急 痛 、 就 說 、 求 我 主 將 活 孩 子 給 那 婦 人 罷 、 萬 不 可 殺 他 。 那 婦 人 說 、 這 孩 子 也 不 歸 我 、 也 不 歸 你 、 把 他 劈 了 罷 。 [kjv] Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it. [bbe] Then the mother of the living child came forward, for her heart went out to her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the child; do not on any account put it to death. But the other woman said, It will not be mine or yours; let it be cut in two.3:27[hb5] 王 說 、 將 活 孩 子 給 這 婦 人 、 萬 不 可 殺 他 、 這 婦 人 實 在 是 他 的 母 親 。 [kjv] Then the king answered and said, Give her the living child, and in no wise slay it: she is the mother thereof. [bbe] Then the king made answer and said, Give her the child, and do not put it to death; she is the mother of it.3:28[hb5] 以 色 列 眾 人 聽 見 王 這 樣 判 斷 、 就 都 敬 畏 他 、 因 為 見 他 心 裡 有 　 神 的 智 慧 、 能 以 斷 案 。 [kjv] And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had judged; and they feared the king: for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him, to do judgment. [bbe] And news of this decision which the king had made went through all Israel; and they had fear of the king, for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him to give decisions.

第四，攝影師的鏡頭取材。

第五，美術和佈景設計與電影的切合程度和其關係。

第六又是最重要的，劇本的描述與電影的拍攝混合程度，

第七，剪接技巧和電影時間的長短與電影的關係等。

1) 全世界電影失獎失提名，十居其六死後15。

2) 全世界導演失獎失提名，十居其七死細景。

3) 全世界編劇失獎失提名，十居其四死後十五，十居其三死路人甲乙丙。

4) 全世界演員失獎失提名，十居其三死演譯角色出錯，十居其三死次要角色部份。
