今天總算可以睡飽一點。
天呀！我竟然將自己美好無所事事的時光給終結了。
每天充實的課程內容，收穫很多，卻也讓人疲憊。
越是這樣忙碌的日子，越是要注意飲食。
今天的主要需完成的任務是食物採買。
而今天的塔羅牌是「隱士」。
若以十二星座，是屬處女座。
若以處女座給大家最深的印象就是該做什麼事情，就會安排好時間好好進行。
這就是我今日「未來日記」的內容。

我一直認為，與其吃各種的營養食品、保健食品，倒不如好好吃飯，從天然的食物裡獲取一大堆的營養。
「隱士」在山林間，自己種植著五穀，吃著從土壤吸收的元素，讓身體獲取大地之母的營養，如同我們在母親的子宮裡那樣，富足而心神安穩。
如同「隱士」之名 ~
踏實地生活。
充實地日子。
富實地心靈。
飽實地休息。
這週，身體微恙，上週一整個地腳步匆忙，都忘了好好地看看天空，好好地嗅著空氣中春天花開的芬芳，好好地吃一頓飯。
這週，除了學習以外，也要注意好好地生活，不庸碌地生活。
「未來日記」的第三週，「隱士」有著歸隱於山間，不太與陌生的人交集，不太往熱鬧喧囂的地方趕集。
在自己生活的一方，過著簡單的生活，並同時向內進入自己的內在，獲得自我覺察，並透過與神性連結，透過這股力量，經過雙手，帶出療癒，帶出創造，帶出引導。
我，尚在學習。
我是接受他人的療癒，感受他人的溫暖，並且放鬆太過緊繃的身體。

The busier the days, the more important it is to pay attention to eating well.

In terms of the zodiac, it corresponds to Virgo.
If there's one thing that stands out about Virgo, it's their knack for scheduling and executing tasks efficiently.
This aligns with the theme of my "future diary" for today.
The theme for the third week of the "future diary" is "Hermit."
Besides its association with Virgo mentioned earlier, this Tarot card signifies healing. It resonates closely with my philosophy of living.
I've always believed that rather than consuming various nutritional and health supplements, it's better to eat well and derive a plethora of nutrients from natural foods.
