第一關：One-Way Video Interview （線上錄影面試video recording約兩天內時間完成）
第二關：HR遠端面試 （大約五天後跟HR約Google meets面試，他說後面還有2 stages）

現職員工的建議提醒：
- There was a Spanish test where I had a simple conversation about what I thought of the role etc. Everything is quite chill. I would make sure you understand how private equity works.
- Understand exactly what private equity is. I remember i had a case study interview. But everything is explained as you go along.
- It would be good to show you understand investments, can work with various projects at once, strong communication skills.
- Use examples from your previous jobs about independent learning but also team work.
