5 steps forward during 2022

    Post on Nov. 14th 2022 but wrote in Sep.
    List out top 5 unexpected improvement during 2022 so far:
    1. Dancing: Whenever there was music, dance. Dance without pressure, worry, and frame for the first time. Dance together when everyone around you dances. Find relief and joy when dance.

    2. Singing: (Music eliminates the border) Sing no matter loudly in front of the public/ few friends or hum to only myself or SOS in the sand.

    3. Open my eyes in the water: Surprisingly, it is not so hard. Successfully picked up the stone at Issyk-Kul. The morning was super.
    Morning vibe at Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan. (around 7 am. Get up early and walk alone by the lake.) I swam with my KG's friend, Nelly the next day.
    4. Build and REbuild the habit of morning run: Sleep early and get up early. Live with sunrise and sunset. Get back to self-training after a TOO long rest even if it was hard.

    Additional achievement:
    1. Drawing: Draw to relax, to memorize (Didn't expect that drawing can come as a way to make friends). Draw whenever I just want to draw. No reason.
    2. Writing: Try to capture and depict the scene reappearing in my mind with words. It may be the experience, landscape, mood, thought, or people. What I write and how I write depends on the purpose: to share with people who don't know, to reconnect with people also at that moment, to myself getting stuck, to myself in different situations.

    Epilogue. (Nov. 14th)
    I wrote this two months ago. Now, looking back on these improvements, I feel like it reminds me of the pure happiness that I've had. Smile :)
