【英文信系列06】商業英文信件怎麼寫?約線上會議、回應問題英文信件大補帖!

有時候工作信件上的來來往往百百種,但不外乎就是約會議時間、討論內容、回應問題或是向對方提出要求,這邊就列出一些模擬的情境跟相關信件做為參考。

約時間

  1. I will be happy to chat. I apologize for my limited availability. I can talk from 5:30pm tonight through Sunday. I am fully booked on Monday. On Tuesday, I can talk before 1pm or after 4pm on Tuesday.
  2. Do let me know when you might have some availability-- potentially the week of October 18? 
  3. If you still have the availability of your timetable, could we have a further discussion on it?

回應問題

  1. Thank you for the heads-up.
  2. I appreciate you following up; these are all valid questions and I apologize for not being sufficiently clear on these points in our proposal.
  3. We will follow the development of this freight here and confirm to the actual deliver date to you at earliest possible chance.
  4. I would like to arrange for a specific date and time, so that I can have people available to assist with unloading and uncrating. If everything goes according to plan, let's plan on a date and time for Tuesday or Wednesday (fingers crossed).
  5. My apologies for not responding sooner.
  6. May I circle back to you next week?

  2. I think it may be good to revisit the idea of talking directly with the managers.
  3. It has been a very challenging year for planning as everyone’s schedules are fluid and changing constantly.
  4. We sincerely wish you can consider my suggestion and if you are willing for geting more information or discussion, I am glad to help!
