今天分享的這首《Venom》，是美國饒舌歌手Eminem為漫威（Marvel）同名電影《Venom猛毒》所創作的歌曲。
電影主要的故事圍繞在一個因為挖掘黑心公司內幕，被傳媒公司拒絕聘用的記者，在人生最低潮的時期，被名為猛毒的外星生物寄生的故事。
我第一次看這齣電影的時候，自己腦補了「外星生物隱含男主角黑暗面」的想法；結果再看一次，似乎電影只是單純的想拍一齣「反英雄」電影而已，沒有要特別深究黑暗面或是隱喻某些心理特徵。（各位有興趣可以去把正片找來殺殺時間）
下面來分享我接觸《Venom》電影和音樂時的想法。
．憤怒
我在聽這首歌的時候，從歌手Eminem標誌性的嗓音和歌詞裡，感受到濃烈的攻擊性和無所畏懼的狂妄（很多饒舌歌都給我這種感受）。
憤怒跟快樂、恐懼和悲傷一樣，是人類天生就擁有的基本情緒。
當大腦核對「現況」和顳葉中的「記憶」，判定自己正在遭受攻擊後，會立即開啟「戰鬥或逃跑反應 Fight-or-Flight Response」，以保護自己的安全。
憤怒使大腦「邊緣系統」裡的「杏仁核」被激活，呼叫「下視丘（掌管內分泌系統的區域）」分泌「去甲基腎上腺素」，刺激「交感神經」使人心跳加快、血壓上升、臉頰通紅、肌肉鼓脹和顫抖。
同時，「邊緣系統」也會抑制「前額葉（主宰思考的中樞）」工作，使人的智力暫時的下降（不確定是否會留下永久性的傷害）。
在經過一段時間之後，這些因為情緒而被激發的腦內物質（如上面提到的「去甲基腎上腺素」）都會在大腦分泌「血清素（安定精神的激素）」之後，緩緩回到穩定、平衡的狀態，讓人重新恢復平靜。
情緒的調節，除了依靠自己的神經系統以外，我們也可以強迫自己進行邏輯思考的活動（比如我個人喜好的方式是讀外語），強迫大腦恢復「前額葉」工作，降低「邊緣系統」的反應。
．慾望
除了了解憤怒在大腦中的機制，我們也必須試著找出誘發憤怒情緒的原因。
在讀了一些參考資料，並核對我自己發怒時的情況之後，我認為誘發憤怒的原因，是「未被滿足的慾望」。
也就是說，我認為「人在對『滿足慾望的期待』落空之後，就有可能會產生憤怒的情緒」。
