The girl said to the boy: "I'm in love with someone. I'm sorry."

They broke up.

The boy was left heartbroken but knowing that he had to MOVE ON.

The truth is,
she wasn't in love with anyone,
she just didn't love him anymore and could no longer pretend that she did.

Perhaps it doesn't have to be a truth-or-lie debate.
It can be a moral choice.
