If one day you find yourself experiencing intense emotions while interacting with others, yet at the same time, you are able to observe yourself as a "bystander" noticing these emotions, intentions, and the urge to take action, and you realize that this "bystander" within you is surprisingly calm—seemingly just observing, merely experiencing without the desire to intervene—perhaps your life has begun to transform. At that moment, please focus all your attention on being aware of and observing it.
