Meta AI 已整合在 Facebook、Instagram、Messenger、WhatsApp 和 meta.ai 網站中，對臺灣用戶已於 2025 年 11 月全面解禁，支持中文提示詞和即時生成。目前免費無限量生成，可連續生成數上百張圖像而不受限。
Meta AI 與 Midjourney 的合作協議於 2025 年 8 月 22 日 正式宣布，允許 Meta 授權使用 Midjourney 的「美學技術」（Aesthetic technology），這使得 Midjourney 的視覺風格被 Meta 整合至其 Flux 模型與未來產品中。
核心特點
- 多模態生成：Meta AI 基於 Llama 4 多模態模型（原生融合文字/視覺/音頻），支援 200+ 語言、10M 上下文長度。
- 社交嵌入：Instagram 限時動態、Facebook 貼文、Messenger/WhatsApp 群聊一鍵生成。
- 開源與工具：Llama API、Llama Stack（工具呼叫、代理記憶）；免費無限生成（軟限）。
使用方式
STEP01：點擊左側「建立」
STEP02：在「描述你的圖像」對話框中輸入提示詞，發送即可立即生成圖像或影音。
尺寸比例目前只能選擇 1:1、9:16、16:9 三種比例。

美學設定：
- 多樣性 (Diversity)：參數 --chaos 0~100 控制生成圖像的風格差異；數值高更多創意變化，數值低更一致。
- 奇特度 (Quirk)：參數 --weird 0~3000 數值越高會產生更奇異、超現實的視覺效果。
- 風格化程度 (Stylization)：參數 --stylize 藝術風格強度，數值越高 AI 更自由詮釋提示詞，加入更多藝術創意。
- 風格參照種子 (Style Reference)： 參數 --sref 根據參考圖片鎖定視覺風格。
風格參照種子：
- 本以為由於美學授權 Meta AI 與 Midjourney 代碼互通，實際使用後發現 --sref 風格迥異。Meta AI 目前還無法查詢到 Meta AI 所生成圖檔的 Seed 種子編號。
- 無法混用多個 sref，一次只能一個代碼，不同於 Midjourney 可以多個 --sref 多圖參照。
- 文字提示優先，sref 會被強烈文字（如「寫實攝影」）覆蓋。

- 創意做圖：產生新的風格類型。
- 替換用戶：會根據用戶上傳的照片來替換（需在手機版上傳）。
- 編輯圖像：增加提示詞來做細部修改。
- 新增音訊：新增背景音樂、或對嘴動畫臺詞。
- 延長動畫：每次增加4秒的長度（影片檔）
STEP03：點擊「製作對嘴動畫」
選擇「文字」並輸入臺詞，左下角人物頭像可以選擇音色。先點擊右下角的向上按鈕，預覽聲音如何在生成影片。
目前尚未支援中文口音，可以用美式口音唸中文。

根據上傳的用戶照片和聲音來替換影片或圖片中人像。亦可做成自己旅遊各地、玩極限運動。
STEP01：上傳自己的自拍照
點擊「設定」後在「你的自拍照」拍一張照片，再上傳最多三張手機相簿裡照片。
STEP02：生成圖片並替換成「我」
生成圖片後，點擊「加入」替換人物，再挑選一張生成動畫。實際測試跟人物照片不像，穩定性還不夠。

沿用去年四月我在 Midjourney 玩的提示詞，沒有使用 --sref 風格參照種子。比較相同提示詞在 Midjourney 與 Meta AI 兩個工具生成的圖檔。
相同提示詞1：

Midjourney 能使用 --profile 個人風格與多重 --sref --seed 參數，因此，藝術風格上仍然比起 Meta AI 強烈更具特色以及掌握度。Meta AI 需要透過風格或是藝術家的提示詞。且 Meta AI 目前對於繁體中文的支援能力不及 Google 的 Nano Banana Pro。但能夠一鍵就發佈 IG 以及 FB 社群藉由廣大社群用戶，並且 Meta AI 免費無限量生成有望提升使用率。
