Koala 🐨:
「BOSS醫生,我最近坐辦公室常常覺得肩頸痠,這是不是姿勢的問題?」 “Dr. BOSS, I’ve been feeling sore in my neck and shoulders from sitting at the office. Could it be my posture?”
BOSS醫生 👨⚕️:
「沒錯,Koala。肩頸痠痛很大一部分都是因為姿勢不良。今天我們就從身體結構開始聊,順便教大家怎麼調整姿勢。」 “Exactly, Koala. Neck and shoulder pain is often caused by poor posture. Today, let’s start by talking about the body’s structure and share tips on correcting posture.”
Koala 🐨:
「好啊!那我們先從哪裡開始?」 “Sounds good! Where should we start?”
BOSS醫生 👨⚕️:
「我們先從骨骼說起。骨骼是身體的支架,支撐我們的姿勢。脊椎、肩胛骨、骨盆…每個部分的位置都會影響我們的站姿和坐姿。」 “Let’s start with the bones. Bones are the framework of the body, supporting our posture. The spine, shoulder blades, and pelvis—all their positions affect how we sit and stand.”
Koala 🐨:
「那肌肉呢?我聽說肌肉不夠強也會痠痛。」 “What about muscles? I’ve heard that weak muscles can also cause pain.”
BOSS醫生 👨⚕️:
「沒錯,肌肉、韌帶、肌腱負責控制關節動作。如果核心肌群或肩背肌不夠穩定,姿勢就容易歪,久了就會痠痛或拉傷。」 “Exactly. Muscles, ligaments, and tendons control joint movement. If your core or back muscles aren’t stable, your posture can collapse over time, leading to pain or strains.”
Koala 🐨:
「那我們要怎麼調整姿勢呢?」 “How can we correct our posture then?”
BOSS醫生 👨⚕️:
「簡單的方法有:坐的時候背部靠緊椅背、雙腳平放地面;站的時候保持肩膀放鬆、骨盆中立;每隔一段時間起身伸展。這些小動作可以減少痠痛,也保護關節。」 “Simple tips: when sitting, keep your back against the chair and feet flat on the floor; when standing, keep your shoulders relaxed and pelvis neutral; take short breaks to stretch. These small adjustments reduce pain and protect your joints.”
Koala 🐨:
「哇,原來調整姿勢可以這麼簡單又有效!」 “Wow, posture adjustment can be this simple and effective!”
BOSS醫生 👨⚕️:
