那芥菜從播種到可以採收,大概要多久呢?
So how long does mustard greens take from planting to harvest?
芥菜伯 / Jie Cai Uncle:
大約 35 到 50 天就能採收,冬天長得慢,但口感更甜脆。
About 35 to 50 days. Growth slows in winter, but the flavor becomes sweeter and crisper.

冬天吃起來脆脆微辣,真的很開胃。種植上要注意什麼呢?

喜歡涼爽的環境,排水要好,土壤肥沃,收成要及時,葉子過老就會苦。
Prefers cool conditions, good drainage, and fertile soil. Harvest on time—leaves turn bitter if left too long.

很多人煮湯或炒肉夾麵包,營養也很足吧?
