失去自我 ?

這是現代女性最害怕的四個字吧。

朋友暢談自己未婚前還是某小姐，結了婚變成「陳太太」，生了小孩成了「陳媽媽」，感慨婚姻裡的付出讓自己的名字不見了，大聲嚷嚷著失去自我。聽她一路自艾自憐，忍不住想中斷對話，因為實在不喜歡聽到受害者語言。

失去自我說穿了是一段茫然無助的過程，像是時間被剝奪、原則被妥協、夢想被耽擱，是一種生活被他人佔領的心情。這種心情任誰都有，埋頭苦讀的學子、焦頭爛額的上班族、熱戀中的情侶、胼手胝足的婚姻...人生路上有太多這樣的時刻了。無助之時需要的是解決方法，找出最適合自己的配速，而不是找一個名詞放在自己身上。

當你起身找方法時，你就不再扮演受害者了，你擁有力量。

女性能成為各式各樣的身分，是因為女性似水，我們遇到什麼容器我們就成為那個容器的樣子，我們不受限制，有無限可能，可以是輕盈細緻的氣體，可以是涓涓長流的液體、也可以是無堅不摧的固體。如此偉大的特質，怎麼會用失去自我這麼簡單的四個字來放在自己身上呢?
