定性 qualitative or 定量 quantitative --- 定性研究 透過觀察、對話來蒐集數據。 目的在於在了解使用者的目標與需求,例如"為什麼"、"如何芳生" --- 定量研究 專注於數據的計數與測量。通常透過大規模的數據蒐集,例如"有多少"、"多少錢"

避免偏差的方法

1. Choose your words carefully
2. Foster independent thinking
3. Avoid specific language
4. Limit the guidance you give users
5. Consider users’ tone and body language
6. Be careful of your own body language and reactions
7. Plan your research effectively
8. Remain open minded
