2013年的春季賽又開始了，3月7日會上舉行In Club Speech Contest ，當天的比賽結果如下。

Prepared Speech：

1st Place ：Tzong Chen

2nd Place ：Andy Yang

3rd Place ：Angela Wei

Table Topic Speech ：

1st Place ：Cory Chen

2nd Place：Kathy Lan

3rd Place：Claire Chen

備註：本次比賽會上沒有留下照片，另外上述得獎名單在後續的Area B1 Contest （2013/03/24）時，因第一名的Tzong 與Cory均另有要事，無法參賽，改由2、3名會友代表參加。
