  • Thank you for your email. (當對方回信或主動來信時)

表達目的

  • I am writing to request a quotation for the products that I am interested in purchasing from your company. (向供應商詢問產品報價)
  • I am writing to thank you for providing me with the detailed quotation for the products that I had requested. (感謝供應商提供的報價資訊)
  • I am writing to kindly request an updated quotation for the products we have previously discussed. (詢問供應商最新價格)

說明需求

  • I am interested in obtaining the current price for the [ product name]. Could you please provide me with a detailed quotation, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs?
  • I would like to inquire about your payment terms, delivery time, and MOQ for these products. If you have any special offers or promotions available, please do let me know.
  • Considering the current market conditions and recent developments in the industry, I would greatly appreciate if you could review the pricing for the goods. (希望廠商好好檢視價格,不要給我太超過 ^__^)

結尾

把開頭、表達目的、說明需求及結尾的句子拼拼湊湊,最後再加上自己的簽名檔,就能寫出一封看起來很專業又矯情的mail囉~
