When I broke open
Buddha broke open.
And neither of us
has been the same since.
In an instant
we fell into each other laughing
and neither one of us survived.

當我綻開，
佛亦綻開。
於是我們兩個
都不同了。
剎那間，
我們大笑著倒向彼此懷裡，
而後，兩者皆不復存在。

But still the sun shines in the morning
and sets in the evening.

然而，日升日落
依舊。

I am like a friendly old dog now
wearing my master’s night slippers.
Yet somehow
they fit perfectly.

如今，我彷若一隻親切的老狗，
穿著師父的家居拖鞋。
不知怎地，
竟如此合腳。
