Before this essay started, I want to ask if you need to sequence about the most important people such as parents, children, yourself and spouse, how would you sequence of this?
In my thinking, I would put myself in my first order. I know that maybe some of you will think this is selfish and arrogant, but the reason why I put myself in first order is that I believe the time I will accompany myself is the longest. Everyone said that we need to accept ourselves and love ourselves, but do you think about why we need to accept ourselves?
Why we need to accept ourselves?
- Time
I believe that the time we accompany ourselves is the longest , from born to death. Therefore, in this life time we need to know what I want and why I would like to do. Knowing yourself is very important course in our life time
- Value
I believe that the most valuable thing is to invest yourself, everyone says that do not believe everything you watch, but you can believe yourself, when you get more skills and know more things, your value will be more and more and you will learn and access more and more different group.
However, that we know why we need to accept ourselves, but how do we accept ourselves?
I have 3 step to do it
First step: write down what you like to do
We have to know what we like to do, just like an interest, when you know that you like somethings, you would have motivation to start to do those things. And when you start to do things that you like , you may be find some keypoint to know yourself more.
Second step: write down 10 advantages
Everyone looks about their weakness every day, but they ignore their advantages, I believe that everyone has their own advantages, and every personality have their own advantages. For example, shy is the personality. Someone would think that it has to be change because you have to interact with people, but some personality is not easy enough to change it, and think about the bright way. In my opinion, shy means that he/she talk more quietly than others and the voice will tenderer than others. Hence, I believe that we need to look the brightest sight and be optimistic.
Third step:ask your best friend to write down your advantages
Sometime, use other person sight will know more about different kind of you and sometimes will have accidentally surprise.
