Projector的引導方式是問正確的問題

Projector（導能者/投射者），你正在討論世俗嗎？（你知道如何提問正確的問題嗎？）

真正的好問題還不夠多。身為一名教師，在教授這些（Human Design/人類圖/人人設圖/人類設計）知識已有20多年的時間，我一方面可以指望我被問到的非常好的問題。我的意思是該問題是通向頓悟的機會，正確的提問可以使他們談論不休，可以喚醒他們，可以改變他們。導能者不是在此討論世俗（話題）。他們在此（的目的）是提出正確的問題，而他們在這裡提出正確的問題是因為他們有能力吸收並專注於別人。

以他們身為「另類自我」的方式，他們可以真正掌握其中的內涵。並且知道那股「應該提問什麼」的力量，以便以適合他們的方式推動他們。無論他們採取何種方式，至少為他們提供了機會，並以這種方式或那種方式做出回應。我們就是缺少這些（正確的）提問。有趣的是，答案並不重要。當談到導能者的優點時，沒有通用的答案。

我就是活生生的證據，證明了只有獨特的真理。我們每個人都是如此。每個人都有權提出正確的問題。這不是一個同化的問題。這不是一般的「你今天怎樣？」，你明白嗎？並不是那些。這是導能者隱藏在內的天賦，它可以準確地知道哪些提問可以改變別人的生命。這是一個沒有隱藏議程的提問。它不是導能者偏向某個答案的一個提問！這就是非我。這個提問源於（導能者）對別人的醒覺。這就是導能者的作用。

導能者不會通過告訴你該怎麼做來指導你。導能者從不通過表現自己來引領別人。導能者的引導方式是，他們只是提問正確的問題。就這樣。那就是他們的潛力。這就是我希望的未來。越來越多的導能者真正瞭解自己的本性時，（導能者）並不是受害者，也不是罪魁禍首，一旦他們的生活中有合適的人，可以開始展現這種天賦。這是一個很棒的天賦。

這是關於外部權威的全部。對於導能者而言，就像是醫生看著你，似乎知道要問的正確問題，以便獲取他們需要的訊息，以便（醫生的診斷）對你產生作用。這是一個一針見血的問題，而不是一個隨機的問題。這個問題可以不斷琢磨出一個可能性的起始。

由於導能者具有辨識的天賦，因此，他們不僅可以辨識出別人的潛能，而且可以意識到該問題本身的效力。當你是一個導能者並且可以提出正確的問題時，這是多麼的奧妙啊！（導能者的）成功全在於你在此世活出你的角色（發揮作用），那顯然有各種變化的個人設計或任何動機以及全部存在的東西，如果那些東西對你而言是陌生的，你不妨去報讀某些課程（*指人類圖關於導能者的課程），以便找出你身為導能者如何運作的可行方法，並且去瞭解關於你處理過程的全部基礎知識，你必須學習越多越好，你學習得越多，你就會越深入你的內在美好。

我總是某些時刻，我可以觀察任何變化，並且可以看見整個結構多麼美麗。如果該構造中的所有內容都按照應有或可能的方式運行，那將是多麼的超凡。我期待這些問題。因為，這對我來說是一個問題，而不是對別人的一個問題。

如果我珍惜任何東西，我會珍惜獨特性。這就是導能者的作用。能夠辨識出別人的獨特性和潛力。為了能夠發掘出那些東西，並不是通過領導，也不是踢踢或毆打，只需提出（正確的）問題，如果他們不明白，就很難了！因為不是要他們明白它，也不是需要他們得到它。因為那樣你就被他們的「電影」困住了。無關緊要。我不在乎是否有人瞭解人類圖/人類設計。我一次最多只能對一個人。我讓他們知道是否行不通。我不在乎。它並不意味著會變成那樣，僅此而已。

你必須瞭解，身為導能者可以引導，你可以打開一扇門，但不能握住他們的手拉他們通過門口。這些問題都是關於如何打開人類生產力的大門。導能者與Generator（生產者）之間的本質關係是，生產者具有全部能力，具有所有純淨能量，但是，生產者需要指導而不是領導。

如果他們（導能者）是正確的，他們不是綿羊，他們是狼。但是他們仍然必須拾起引導他們朝著正確方向前進的氣味。他們仍然需要能夠做出回應，以確保正確性。導能者比其他任何人都更瞭解能量是什麼。因為畢竟他們的一生都依賴於對別人的認可，所以他們在這個問題上的天賦，就是能夠觸及生命繁殖能力最核心的天賦。他們為使創造世界的巨大產生力協調一致而做出的貢獻。大多數Generator（生產者）都是被同化成會崩潰的東西一樣。現在是時候改變他們了。

Projectors, are you discussing the mundane?

There are not enough truly good questions. As a teacher, over 20 years teaching this knowledge, I can count on one hand the really good questions I've been asked. I mean the question is the opening to satori, the right question can chatter them, can awaken them, can transform them. The projector is not here to discuss the mundane. They're here to ask the right questions and they're here to ask the right questions because they have the gift of being able to absorb and focus on another.

In a way that as another themselves, they can truly grasp what's there. And know what to ask that force, in order to move them in a way that is correct for them. At least to open up the opportunity for them to respond this way or that, to whatever it may be. It’s These questions we lack. Answers are not important, funny enough. When you come to what the projector is good for, there is no universal answer.

I am here as proof that there is only unique truth. Each of us. And each being has the right to the correct question. it's not a homogenized question. It's not a generic “how are you today”, you know? It's not about that. It is the great gift that lies within the projector to know precisely what question can be transforming in the others life. And it is a question that carries with it no agenda. It is not a question in which the projector prefers a certain answer! This is the not self. It is a question that arises out of awareness of the other. This is the role of the projector.

The projector does not guide by telling you what to do. Projector does not lead by performing themselves. The way in which a projector guides, is that they simply ask the right question. That's all. That's their potential. This is what I hope for in the future. More and more projectors who truly understand their nature, were not victims, were not for the blame, who have the right people in their lives and can begin to express this gift. It's a great gift. It is what outer authority is all about. For a projector, it's like the doctor who looks at you and seems to know exactly the question to ask you, in order to get the information they need, in order to be of the work with you. It's the question and is not a random question. It's a question that allows for honing in an opening up of the possibility.

And because the projector has the gift of recognizing, they not only recognize the potential of the being, but they can recognize the potency of the question itself. How profound that can be and when you're a projector and you can ask the right question, be a success is what it is it's about living out your role on this plane and obviously there are many variations profiles designs and whatever the case may be motivations and all the things that are there and if any of those things are alien to you then you better sign up for some courses and find out how it all works because of your projector and all this is the foundation of your process you must learn as much as you can the more you learn the deeper you will be in the beauty of you.

I always have these moments where I can look at any of the variations and I can see how beautiful the whole construct is. How extraordinary it would be if everything within that construct really operated the way it should or could. I look forward to those kinds of questions. Because the question that is a question for me, is not a question for somebody else.

And if I treasure anything, I treasure uniqueness. It is what the projector is here for. To be able to recognize the uniqueness and potential in the other. And to be able to bring that out not by leading, not by kicking or beating, just by asking the question and by the way if they don't get it, tough! Because is not about wanting them to get it or needing them to get it. Because then you're stuck in their movie. It isn’t about any of that. I don't care if anybody ever gets human design. I never have more than one person at a time. I let them know if it doesn't work. I don't care. It just wasn't meant to be, that's all.

You have to understand that as a projector you can guide, you can open up a door, but you cannot take their hand and pull them through to door opening. These questions are all about how to open the door for human productivity. The essential relationship between the projector and the generator is that the generator has all the power, has all the pure energy and yet, the generator needs guidance not leadership.

They are not sheep, they are wolves, if they are correct. But they still have to pick up the scent that leads them in the right direction. They still need to be able to respond, in order to get to that correctness. Projectors better than anybody else know what energy is. Because after all their whole life is dependent on recognising in another's and so their gift in that question is a gift that is able to touch at the very core of what is the fertility of life. It is their contribution to aligning this great generative force that creates the world. Most generators are homogenised building the same things that fall down. It's time to change them.
