There is a significant gap in the application and popularity of information technology between developing and developed countries. Many people in developing countries still cannot access high-quality digital services, leading to some groups being excluded from the digital age, increasing wealth disparity and social injustice. Additionally, the digital divide exists not only between urban and rural areas but also within the same social group's different strata. This inequality phenomenon prevents some people from fully benefiting from the opportunities brought by technology, exacerbating social fragmentation and instability.Furthermore, the impact of artificial intelligence on employment is also a pressing issue. With the prevalence of robots and automation technology, many traditional manual labor jobs are gradually being replaced by machines. This will have a significant impact on the livelihoods and employment of many individuals, especially those lacking technical and professional knowledge. Meanwhile, the development of artificial intelligence will also bring new job opportunities, but this requires individuals to continuously upgrade their skills and adapt to new work environments to fully unleash their potential.
