撇除是否比較環保的考量，很多人喜歡 real tree (真樹) 的原因，除了漂亮，還有它們的

針葉樹自然散發出來的香味～ 但也有一些缺點如

我記得大學的時候，有一次幫我教授

主人不在時幫忙照顧家裡
就有被提醒每天要給聖誕樹底盤補充水份 💧

一般為

做的樹～ 便宜好維護，可以重複使用，但因為是塑膠做的，是不是很不環保？
網路上有很多不一樣的分析，我最喜歡 earth.org 的建議。他們建議如果想要盡可能環保，可以考慮

裝飾一棵長在戶外的真樹

買一顆種在盆栽裡的真樹
🌲 Purchase a second-hand artificial tree
買一棵二手的人造聖誕樹
享受所有人造聖誕樹的好處，但又免除了不環保的罪惡感。

可能會被理解為：聖誕節花紋的襪子，穿在腳上帶有聖誕節氛圍的襪子
而

會被理解為：掛在壁爐上的聖誕襪
哪些禮物要放在 Christmas tree (聖誕樹) 下方，哪些要放在 Christmas stockings (聖誕襪) 裡呢？
看起來沒有絕對的答案，但有一個考量是禮物的

這個很直接，太大件的放不進襪子裡，襪子裡主要都是一些小件的禮物。
另一個考量因素
