感恩練習

上周日本的新年假期，如預期的人潮滿滿，從開門前，外面就大排長龍，最久的時候甚至等待時間達到2小時，我都以為我是在環球影城還是迪士尼樂園上班了呢！😂
當天客人真的是絡繹不絕，整天下來幾乎沒有停下過，而在這樣的狀態下，就更考驗工作人員的熟練度、默契和抗壓性。

今天來記錄，新手菜鳥上班第一個月的困擾：無線電溝通

在無線電溝通時，用詞通常會比較精簡，語速也偏快，加上同事們常會用大量的關西腔對話，和我一開始學的標準語日文聽起來完全不一樣。🫠

剛開始上班的那陣子，每次聽到耳機裡的聲音，就會很焦慮，焦慮到沒辦法專注地做當下的動作，已經上手的操作。

菜鳥上班被無線電溝通困擾，卻因為隔壁修樹而釋懷？！

透過「感恩練習」從憂鬱時期走出來的歷程。雖然感恩看似簡單，實踐卻不容易。
透過身體力行，即使一開始只是機械式地練習，日積月累也產生了顯著的改變。
從一開始只感恩大事，到後來能體會微小事物的美好，
最終由衷地散發出感恩之情，重新發現世界的美麗與價值。
