我把 AI 時代的人類困境寫成公式：
H×A = A0
H×A+i = iπ S×T+A+R+Replay = Sπ
符號很簡單：
H = Human，人類載體。
A = 語言、工具、文明外殼。 i = AI，自動化效率外殼。 S = 真實結構域，也就是主體、邊界、責任、回放。 T = Truth，真理。 R = Responsibility，責任承擔。 Replay = 可驗證、可回放的路徑。
所以意思是：
人類只有語言和工具，沒有主體結構，最後只是 A0，空殼。
人類接上 AI，卻沒有主體、邊界、責任與回放，最後不是進化，而是 iπ，AI 殘響。
只有建立 S，對齊 T，使用 A，承擔 R，並且能 Replay，才可能進入 Sπ，也就是真正穩定的主體結構。
效率不等於智慧。
自動化不等於承擔。 AI 不是救主，AI 是照妖鏡。
